This month we’ve decided to talk about some of Netvibe’s public pages! Almost every Netviber has got one and some deserve fame, that is why we’re mentionning them in this week’s blogpost! In this selection you’ll find pages about gaming, Twitter content, e-learning and teaching tools and music!
And don’t forget that while visiting these pages you can easily add their widgets to your own private page! And why not continue improving your public page’s content (I’m sure it has been asleep for some time) ; ) ?!

Was there an announcement that Netvibes had started redirecting links through themselves? I’ve been having lots of problems with content lately with a "waiting for netvibes.com" message in the status bar.
I too am having a lot of trouble loading the page, stuck while loading.
I have noch problems with netvibes so far.
I dont think that netvibes is redirecting links to themselves…

#3: Not "to" themselves, "through" themselves, as has been the rage lately with Facebook, Digg, etc.

Why did you change the classic feed view? It covers up the tabs and pops out in front of everything. Now I have to click that “X” to close the reader window. I used to be able to just click the tabs. This is terrible. Please restore the old view.
I second Benjamin’s point – please restore the old view. I don’t want to waste the movement across the page to click the ‘x’ just to see my tabs again. There’s little point in having tabs if i can’t see them, now is there!
I agree. This new feed view is just wrong.
Or at least institute web 1.0 conventions by making it configurable.
Also, feed updating seems very broken in Chrome lately. As in: they don’t.

Ahaa, is it a change in the classic feed that Benjamin mentions that makes my have to click the “x”. Wow, Netvibes must really hate their long time users. Since I used Netvibes from the start, most of the changes have made general usage more annoying. For example, the big green button, making it more steps to add a plain rss url, and now this stupid thing for which makes the ‘feel’ of ‘look and feel’ a lot worse.
Good that twitter has almost removed my need for rss feeds in netvibes.
