Security software mistakenly categorize Netvibes as malicious

Some of you reported to us that Netvibes was recently blocked by Trend Micro, McAfee, Websense, FortiGuard and some other pieces of software. It looks like Netvibes has been identified by mistake as a possible threat because of a new IE 0day exploit and we’ve contacted the software editors to fix it.
If your antivirus, proxy or firewall was blocking Netvibes, it should be working again now. We apologize for the inconvenience even if the issue wasn’t on our side. If you still can’t access netvibes.com, try to contact your network administrator or security software editor and let us know about it.

I had the problem here yesterday (behind McAfee web security) but runs really smoothly again today. Thanks for the quick fix!

It was also being blocked by Websense as "malicious content" – but you guys quickly fixed that issue as well. Awesome (and FAST) response to the problem!

Symantec’s SEP 11 was also blocking it because it triggered an IDS signature.

This is the last straw for me using McAfee. This may not be their fault, but I have had so mnay problems with them. I have found some FREE alternatives.

With this problem we can see that Antivirus are too much automatized . There is no (or not enough) human control…
