Scheduled maintenance: Monday, December 28th at 5:00 AM UTC/GMT

The service will be inaccessible on Monday, December 28th 2009 at 5:00 AM UTC. We plan to shutdown the service for approximately 2 hours. It will allow us to perform database operations in order to improve the service performance. Thanks for your understanding.

Is this scheduled maintenance intended to fix the problems with RSS updating and related issues in Wasabi that are addressed in the comments to the previous post?
If so, should we expect continued problems in Wasabi until the scheduled maintenance?

@BigTKirk: the problem you’re mentioning is absolutely not related to the scheduled maintenance which has more to do with database upgrades.
We hope to solve the RSS counter bugs before then

Thanks for the update.

The RSS bug is annoying, but I’ve got to say thanks to the Netvibes folks for responding to blog comments, tweets, and other communication. It’s that customer service that has me sticking with Netvibes through these Wasabi growing pains.

@franck: Is there any update on if and when the Wasabi problems are going to be fixed? The RSS feed is still not working properly — mine regularly drops posts, fails to pick up others and duplicates posts. What is the status of the fix?

According to the tweet, it seems to be fixed…

But feeds on my account also become “empty” after I upgrade to Wasabi day before yesterday. I’d like to know if there are way to role back my account to legacy non-Wasabi

I saw the same Tweet. It was obviously premature.
